I've been to many places where animals are not allowed and then u see the asterix saying *unless service animalalso, there is the benefit of guaranteed income through the disability payment. that dog will be a better tenant than most humans and i can guarantee that guy won't be throwing massive parties or trashing the place.

Now if the approvals are coming out a lot faster then that throws off the timing to find an end buyer so how have short sale investors been able to adjust to this whole new set of timing when working with the banks?

He apparently have about 6 cases pending with the BBB (Better Bureau Business) since 1996 about his systems, including the wholesaling system.His system sounded good but a little "too good" especially seeing how many times he throws out the word "free" while you actually have to pay a set-up fee and a monthly fee.

We can meticulously plan our lives and make all the right decision, but life throw curve balls all the time (Again, illness, layoffs etc) and you cannot protect yourself from everything.With regard to own vs. rent, I still believe that for the average person owning is more economical than renting (Aside from appreciation, tax benefits etc).

It was brokered by a different listing agent and that agent said there were already 15 offers well above the asking price and offered to throw mine into the mix.
