Not sure of the nightly where you are versus your overhead but think about the various  suggestions folks have added maybe a bump in the nightly rate and placing 24 hour blocks before and after each guest so enough time is provided for cleaning and thorough walk through.

Make sure to do a thorough research on that company. 

The low amounts of meth wafting around in the air will give you enough energy to work for 24-36 hours straight, plenty of time to get the entire job done.In all seriousness, I feel you should be able to do a thorough cleaning yourself, get it re-tested and fall under the legal limit. 

Check out thoroughly what you want to do, but I agree the age limit can be constrictive if things get tight in the economy.
