(To be clear this doesn't accumulate by rent credits but "lump sum" deposits over their agreement)  In the past we won't even talk to a buyer about owner financing unless they have 15%-20% down TODAY.Our whole issue with "servicing companies" is if they don't pay, the ball is back in your court to collect.

I don’t have a crystal ball but personally see the STR and housing market remaining strong for the next couple of years given we don’t see a world changing event like Covid 2.0 or a war.Last point - If I didn’t invest in STRs then it would either be stocks, crypto, or other business ventures.
