I don't do many offers and when I do, I really target that property and make sure that the seller knows that I'm serious. 

Target audience would be the medical professionals and or within the area; I am surrounded by two hospitals within a ½ mile radius of the property and I have two colleges within the city.

The hurdle now is determining which markets would be good ones to target.

I'm trying to find a target client after opening a home integration and audio video company.I've been looking at a couple of flips in the area and noticed that no one is really wiring for security cameras, access control, theater rooms, home security, audio/video distribution, shades,lighting, home automation and integration.I would imagine adding these features to a home would increase sale value am I wrong? 

We have made our last two offers through an agent who is very well embedded in our target area -- he knows everyone and everyone knows him.

I used FB paid ads to get myself new leads/clients and to also get my clients new leads, not to mention they are all quality leads due to the targeting abilities.  

This is its first year up and running, but it's on target to gross around $37k, and I've only owned it since mid-March.  

I predict at least 5 people will say "lend it to me" and at least 2 people will private message you to try to scam you out of your money.It isn't necessary to post an amount to ask this question and it kinda puts a target on your back.And on top of that, there is no correct answer to the question.

One guy said it looked like my house was an easy target since the blinds were up and you could see tools from the window if you came close and there clearly wasn’t anyone home.

Well, how am I going to sift through the millions of people on social media to target those that may want to sell a house right?
