What would be the best way to structure their return?  

The third main appraisal method is to use the cost approach, which ignores the market a bit and only regards the cost to replicate the structure exactly. 

However, based on prices and supply I may be making my next move in Philly/Delco.

So...I'm brand new and my deal structuring creativity isn't exactly fine-tuned yet.

I lived in the property for two years and ended up remodeling the bathrooms doing about $15K in renovations in supplies only.

. - All existing homes, decks, and accessory structures must be painted an approved color- All trailers must have metal skirting- No broken glass, etc.You can probably visit other parks to research what rules they use to keep the park nice.
