Hello, I have a ground up self storage project in Gaylord, MI that I am looking for someone to help finance.

Can anyone who has successfully used a SBA 7a loan to purchase a self storage property share their experience with me?

After that we get into the main systems, roof, parking garage, doors, windows, storage areas etc.

How do they handle the handoff &  common area key storage for long-distance managed properties?

I also add or subtract a bit if the square footage, bathroom count, storage, garage, laundry, upgrades are different from what others are offering. 

Self storage.  

These are thinks like burr coffee grinders, french presses, storage, tea presses, electric kettles etc.We have a Bodum 2 cup french press and a Bodum electric kettle.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

I purchased a 6 acre lot with a small boarded up storage shed on it.

I found a good deal on a storage unit building in the northeast Arkansas area and it's got 3 buildings and 53 units all of which are rented out. i'm taking out a little extra money to do some work and fix the place up, and possibly adding another building of units or two!
