At that point I found out more specifically that they only checked the current landlord and not also the previous, which I didn’t/don’t agree with.I remember thinking perhaps I should ask to see the actual paperwork because I felt like maybe for whatever reason on these tenants the proper steps were not taken or someone let something slide from their normal process.
