I had successfully rehabbed a vacation rental which was up and running and my Ohio rentals were running very smoothly.

It is kind of a local thing with top song writers playing it and then maybe a random guest appearance by a well known artist.  

The one boro we worked with here in Pittsburgh wouldn't give us any legitimate reasons why so the next time we had a client in a similar situation we used an attorney and it was pretty smooth sailing.

It can be difficult to get a smooth look to the wall if you have to fix the plaster (for example if you get chunks falling out from the lathe which can happen when you try to strip off the wallpaper).
