Looking to remodel my single story house not far from the original Apple campus, and I'm in contact with a ADU company.

Hey Everyone, my friend owns a single family in Philadelphia that he was renting out to some family members with no problems. 

You can find a single family or multi-family for that price, up to you which you'd rather do.

For example, when I search for single family homes up to $100k in Pensacola there are only 16 options as of this morning and only 27 if I open up the search to include the surrounding areas. 

Finally, single and no kids. 

I’ve built a portfolio up to 250 units, including 100 single-family homes using the BRRRR strategy along with lease options over the past six years.

Currently, I have a single family property that I closed on in early 2024 and am working with a property manager to find renters (was told that this is a somewhat slow time of year in Minnesota due to the weather, but should expect more movement in the coming weeks).I used a HELOC for the down-payment and a conventional for the other 80%.

They simplified the process for us all while explaining to us in depth the important factors when buying a single family home.
