Personally our brokerage uses Chime but it may be a bit overkill as it's not only a CRM it also hosts sites and allow users to create landing pages among many other things you may not end up using.Podio is one I've used in the past and it's super flexible, allowing you to go as detailed as you want or as simple as you need.
