Do we need to sign up or just show up at both?

Saw a home by my moms house that had a for sale sign up and a for rent sign up. this home has been up for rent once before last year. its owned and it seems like hes trying to get rid of it, so I think I could get it for a good price. if anyone is interested on making a deal, feel free to message me.

Hello everyone, I am very new to this business and after reading Brandon and Heather Turner's book I realized I should sign up to get the benefit of the community's experience.  

Take the classes now, so you can sign up and pass the test on your 18th birthday. 

It's merely an opportunity at bonus revenue if you deem the opportunity cost to be worth it, and it can't be considered a cost to the margin as it should already be factored into the guest paying for it.

If not a Corporate Park, you might be able to negotiate a bonus if you maintain a certain occupancy rate with a lower number of evictions or late pays. 

Bonus points if you find a duplex that's a 1 BR on one side and a 3 or 4 BR on the other, then you're really in it.

Also to attend a BP event, do I only need to sign up or is there a fee to attend?

The added bonus to all of this is that you can sell quickly when the time comes because you have a lot of equity.
