I met the owners during the walkthrough, and ended up hitting off with them, and they wanted me to win the property in a multi-offer situation.

One of my coworkers does a lot of private lending similar to this and he always goes to a title agent in the area of the property and asks for the title's legal department to draft up legal loan documents. 

Happy to connect on this as I'm still actively brokering deals (commercial) in Washington all the time and I'm frequently traveling up there to view properties and meet with other brokers.

I'm in Eugene and a part of the local real estate investors association here and we have some folks from Roseburg who come up or join in our virtual meetings.

I manage my books currently, but since we bought a new property and I have a full time job, it seems like a lot to keep up with the books.

I'm considering adding a bedroom to each in the short term to pump up rent.

Contractor work just finished up, so we will be moving in the next couple of weeks.
