However it does not change the fact that the information you are spreading is rather misleading.Wet and dry flood proofing does have it's place, and at times, can be an effective loss mitigation tool.

Economic losses associated with tenants will be lower.In this case I'll believe you enough to at least look at your numbers.If you are renting 60'es sticks or older for $700-$800 or less, there's just no money there.
