Hi everyone,I’m interested in raising debt for small multifamily deals but I have a few questions about it and how I want it to work with my proposed strategy.One of the things I'm wondering about is how to structure a deal with multiple debt investors and what security they can be offered.

I've personally never seen or heard of a large servicer sell a one off note.

I got an investment/secondary home HELOC from Vectra Bank but their customer service and overall experience is trash.

Preapproval is generally free; lenders typically do not charge for the service. 

The only snowball I'd worked on was toward a career where I'd get more and more work, less and less time, and always thinking "I'll be happy after the next promotion/raise/etc."

They were to get their own loan in a year, after raising their credit score from 540 with payments via EFT from his paycheck.

I think if you intend to engage the services of the real estate agent later in the transaction - in other words, there is an assumption of payment - it would be fine to reach out for comps.

Its $800 for the entry level ticket and closer to $3000 for the “VIP” level service.
