@Angela Toy,You need a truly self-directed Solo 401k, and Schwab does not offer this option.

I ended up selling the building because it was 3 stories and needed a fire escape to both 3rd floor stories and as hard as I tried I couldn’t get a contractor to come build one.

Cons: Would be selling off-market and as-is, would get me the lowest return.

An agent can make maybe only $1,500 on a  50k listing for the same amount of work it would take to sell a 500k listing, while a wholesaler can mark it up 5k, 10k or 20k if the price was right. 

What I see is the bulk of the posts seem to be just be people just looking to sell something. 

Fires in parks happen, but now of three, two were caused by humans one intentional and one most likely unintentional but still man-made.After this fire, I decided to start selling my park-owned homes.
