To @ mention, when you start typing the name after the @ sign, a drop down should appear and then you must select the person you are trying to mention.As far as the original question, I agree, if it has been listed for $130k several times over 5 years and no takers, and it is in mint condition, then it is NOT worth $130k let alone more.What is your intentions with this property?
