Get rid of debt, build a budget, and save.

Hello everyone,Longtime lurker here, I've been educating myself about the space and saving up capital to start my real estate journey.

Our plan is to convert it from a duplex to a single family home, and I'm just wondering what financing options are out there for a project like this. 

I had the same issue a few years back and had to call 4-5x and finally got someone to put my account on the annual plan. 

@Bryce Muller are you randomly applying, or applying with a plan?

as a single property owner, do not want to pay full price as there may not much of need of reports, looking for state specific lease and ACH/Zelle/paypal kind of payment options for application fee and Rent collection. any recommendation on which plan would be best?

It was during this challenging time that I made a decision to prioritize saving money on a monthly basis.

I am currently employed but making only 30k as in new york that is nothing, but i do have 30k saved in which i was looking to take some of this money and starting my real estate journey.

Do you have a plan for the proceeds?  

So that's what I plan to do: I'm going to buy in my own name and use a DBA.However, I also want to start building corporate credit now; which requires an LLC.
