In 2018 I decided to start a Real Estate Investment company with my dad and my old college roommate and so far everything is working great.

She's tried for over a year to keep a reliable roommate to assist with bills,  but has been screwed over to many times so she's given up.  

My fiance and I lived with 4 roommates in a house and saved as much as possible over a year to purchase a triplex with FHA financing.  

What type of loan should I get, I plan on renting out one side, getting a roommate, so even if I keep my pizza job I think I could afford it.
