I think the main reason has been a lack of good river access points, there are only a couple in the county, and there's a very long stretch with no good place to get in or out of the river at all.So at the bottom or our hill there's been property for sale for a while, it used to be a landscaping business or some such but it's been vacant for years.

In my state (NJ) and from what I've heard if I obtain my associates license I need to work with an realtor to keep it active or to have access to the MLS. 

Wanted to be able to do my own deals, have more knowledge of the process of buying and selling and access to properties (MLS, viewing).

In the end I'm hoping I can just give my dad a checkbook and debit card and access the account from here and be able to keep the books in order here.Thanks for any help provided.

Your agent should know how to access these companies.

We do have multiple accounts that we use but we each equal access to them.

Since I am a Realtor I have access to the MLS but I don't see any great deals in there.

@Carlos EnriquezNo, I cannot access the tenant's FPL account number.I do have an account for that property, but it is the main house account, not the individual unit account.Just to be sure, I called FPL this morning and inquired about the rebate program and the rationale associated with the rebate program requiring a FPL account number for the AC install location.
