When we went to Disney we rented a large house with a pool and it was nice to get away from the madness and relax in a home.

Originally, this was intended for first-time home-buyers, but somewhere along the way things relaxed and a 5% down payment is available on the purchase of your primary residence (which, by definition, is owner occupied).  

I became grumpy and not at my best because I was always there when I wanted to relax, work out, etc.I remember a friend telling me once he would always be stressed out from work.

If anything, IMHO, the gift rules should be relaxed so that "borrowers" could get whatever help they needed to in order to have 10% or 20% down.

Holidays and weekends add an extra 2 days or so. 

When I'm relaxing, I'm probably in front of the TV, laptop on the coffee table, and totally incapable of getting anything productive done.

The idea is that you get off your *** and go do something outside all day - go hiking, ride your bike, relax on a chair by a fire outside at night.

Once they establish my trust, I relax the reigns.
