We'll probably get our deed recorded with the county this Friday and hoping to get construction starting next Monday. 

If i were a tenant and had no money and the president said no evictions for awhile, last thing i would do is pay rent.The argument is Tenant doesnt want eviction on record.   

That is of course, unless they have record of an attempt to contact you with the information, in which case they could raise a dispute and successfully stick it to you.

up until this month foreclosures were are a record low.. just ask the NPN folksstarting in April with missed payments there will be all sorts of work outs and the 90 day foreclosure halt.. then you take the 3 to 24 months to process them. and well its going to be a long time in certain markets before they hit the market.
