In Colorado, it is legal for you to manage your own properties without a real estate license.

They are profitable, modestly so, and the real opportunity here is long term.

Very helpful for all Cleveland real estate investors.  

You can call a real estate agent or PM and ask them to do it for $50 - $100.

There is a much larger learning curve for a renovation project than there is a straight rental - especially if you are not doing the work yourself.
