I agree Steve introduced me to the land investing niche (and have publicly written about that), but I don't think its accurate to say I was his student.  

I'm not sure how the law applies to single-family cabins, but I'm pretty sure the hot-tub isn't classified as public, so the law requiring sound-activation in the hot-tub doesn't apply.Any info would be appreciated.

@Sean Ploskina - I never talk bad about a person or company unless I feel there is a risk to the public and I know the facts personally.  

If you're a real estate investor you should know how to find such a person, the information is public and easily attainable on the net.The buying is easy, the sale is another story.

I'm in the process of putting in offer for a property, which was introduced to me by a realtor (though it's also publicly available on Zillow).

No seasoned investor in this site is going to post names of effective attorneys publicly.

I had to transport seller downtown to pay fees for LLC.

This is public information so getting it shouldn't be difficult beyond navigating the site.

I'm fairly certain, that I represent a small percentage of folks who are willing to publicly address there concerns.
