How many signs should I buy to get this properly sold?

@David A Muise -Just to clarify on @Shawn Ackerman's point:I think there is some confusion regarding the duration of the NH State of Emergency and eviction moratorium.I believe that the 2020-08 in the document is not a reference to August, but is the the Exec Order number.

We got lucky to have found an agent who was at least patient with us and willing to at least work with our strategies even if they didn't really understand the numbers behind it, but I do agree it would have been amazing to have had another person to properly vet the property and run some numbers as well to make sure the property is a good fit.

Nobody can give you proper advice without learning your entire business and financial circumstances.

I would say, heck yeah they're worth it, to investors that are willing to take on the challenge & go about it properly after assuming the risk/reward.

Everywhere I operate allows us to cut locks once the proper lien notifications have been issued. 

What's is the proper way for me to reimburse my LLC for the credit card expenses?

No matter how many deals you do, having a license is having your own business and running it properly takes a lot of time and effort.All in all, I love it.

I am not sure if you are properly accounting for property management, vacancy, etc.?
