After reading around in the forums, I find other people to be paying around $350-$400 / month for an 8Plex.The best price I can find was a $10,000 deductible at 90% Replacement Value for $635/month.I have checked with the following companies:- Progressive- Allstate- State Farm- Numerous local companiesAny suggestions as to where I can search for better priced home insurance that supports 8 units and above?

@David Smith the loan is a total of 450k but is made up of progressive drawbacks (goes with how much work you’ve completed) so we dont have to borrow the entire chunk at once.
