I'll probably go with the $100 over one-month rent method that several of you describe; that sounds like it will also help with the "apply deposit to last month's rent" problem that I've read about elsewhere.I'll look at the various sites that you all mentioned, and see what numbers look like.

I just discovered this site a couple of days ago and have already learned so much - things I wish that I knew before I made all the mistakes with my current building.

Some of these sites look shady so I'm looking to chat with someone people who use these sites regularly.

Every book, site, or youtube videos always state that one of the best marketing techniques are bandit signs.

What makes this even more confusing is that on the county appraisal site, it has the VA as the owner, but on the tax record it has the name of the homeowners.

I would be VERY cautious of this lender for the following reasons:1) They are outside the US. 2) That's a pretty hefty upfront "processing fee" they are charging. 3) On another real estate lending blog site this "lender" has advertised real estate loans at "a low rate of 2%".
