Or cities where inventory is moderately increasing but it's below median house price in the nation with a growing population and could attract businesses.

Hello, i am new to real estate investing but I already have an s corporation for another business.

I haven't done any deals yet here in OK, as I've just recently decided to add wholesaling to my business.

- Has the firm been in business for a while? 

To me it looks really solid but the only thing that matters is your business plan and how you set up your goals that will determine if it is a good deal for you. 

I wouldn't start out with a BRRRR deal personally just because of how many risk factors there are...
