I have read about REI being part of high school curriculum, if that happens your book 'Perfect Storm' should be a mandatory read.I am still trying to understand new cash flow markets, where population is on decline, jobs aren't growing, people are increasingly looses houses to foreclosure.

That is a lot of mold/discoloration, being wet and in a dark location is the perfect environment for it to grow.

It’s pretty rotten if you’re just using it for a few isolated tasks, because absolutely, it doesn’t do any one thing perfectly and it’s not as fast as other apps.It really starts to show its brilliance once you start using it as your default bookmark/webclip app, notetaker, recipe box, repository of all your reference material, and so on.

It's also not a weird dimension, so cutting it in half would fit perfectly with the other lots around it in terms of shape and size.

Doug, you are the guy I need to talk to because you executed this method, and you point out things I understood would be true but you worded it perfectly.  

But between the way we've cut back on spending, and the fact that I'm exploring consulting options as a way to supplement rental income, I hope to be in a good place soon.I know every situation is so different, but I hope you find your perfect balance.
