The property is owned by Bank of America and has a fixer upper home in the front with a mobile home in the back of the property that has been rented for an unknown amount of time.Both a survey and title search have revealed that the mobile home is on the property and has been detitled and joined with the property.Has anyone has run into this type of scenario before and have any tips or advice to give?

I have an apartment that I want to have drywall repairs, painting and other general repairs, does anyone have some names that they can recommend me for trusted contractors?

The plan was to new floors, lights, countertops, appliances, redo bath plus add one, paint, remove a chimney that came through the middle of the house as well as some other cosmetic things.

I would love to get some feedback and tips from those of you out there with experiences in partnership in order for me to assess the viability of this project.

So even with taking these precautions remote showings come with a certain amount of risk (they could send you bunk info, text somebody else's ID, wear a ski mask, spray paint your cameras, leave a window open to come in later, etc).
