Are buyers looking for more urban spaces, or is suburban living still on the rise?

As the title says I am looking for opinions on my startup company SellWell.

I am mostly looking for some advice and lessons learned from others on how leaving their residence and becoming a landlord from across the country went. 

You can also get a box location at a UPS or FedEx and have whoever is your helper on the account pick it up as well.  

Even if I do find a good deal where the numbers line up inspections will cost anywhere from $500-$3000+ for a professional evolution.

I owe a mortgage bal of $126k on a property worth $375k and have about 8 years to pay it off; rate is 3.37%.

Is it a term commitment or are you just employed with a company until you choose to leave or move on?
