Any suggestions or other opinions on the price or how to handle?

Thanks for the reply @Aaron Osgood.She isn't picking finishes although I have been running some items by her for her opinion since she's involved in that market.

In my opinion, it is not OK (legal) for an agent to pay an unlicensed person for a listing or a buyer lead and since you said "part of their commission, I would assume that this is the case.

Hey folks, just bought a condo in the Bay Area and it's sparked my interest in real estate investing.

You will need to sign a release in order for the buyer to get their deposit back. notify the real estate company that you will not sign the release and that you want the deposit and that you are going to sue the RE company and the agent and the broker for misrepresentation and that you want the full deposit back.Talk is cheap ---- call the Board of Realtors for an opinion - contact a lawyer ---- it seems to me that the contingency to sell their house is bogus.I don't know all the facts, but you can work on this until you get their attention.

Ask other local investors and agents their opinion.

Just talk to your mortgage lender and get their opinion on it.
