You can find cash buyers online by doing a Google search for "sell my note" and you'll get dozens of results.

There are some online software that you can use as well, including some that accept rent payments.

@Julie Orth That headline by WAFF was not correct - Huntsville is actually 10th in the nation according to the news clip;  I think they meant to put Top 10 in the headline. 

The only way scammers like this will be stopped is to report it them to the FCC and The FBI Internet online complaint center and also your local police.

You can look it up online...again, it's a Federal Requirement.If you filled out the Request for Tenancy Form, you have accepted that tenant.
