Hey BP community, I have been under contract for a while on a piece of property out in GA.

It’s great to see you're focusing on wholesaling and Buy and Hold strategies.

I am not finding a clear answer on how those homes will be depreciated.

Greetings, I am somewhat a newbie and plan on taking myself to the next level within real estate.

Save money, pay less taxes, spend it on real estate and the stock market. 

The only direct lender I know of that's willing to take a second position on a DSCR loan is Velocity Mortgage. https://www.velocitymortgage.com/The rates on these products are crazy though.  

Has a unique garage that is open air, but  roofed and on the same slab as the  rest of the house. 

I would like to have more information on how the mortgage notes work.
