Hello BP, I turn 16 years old in the next couple of months and I am really into becoming a real estate agent/broker in a couple of years, but i don't know if 16 years old is to early to shadow a broker or agent.

The real estate world thrives on its open bar mixers lol, but in all seriousness meet ups are where the money, investors, and experience all converge.

I am looking to start my journey in the real estate world and I have found this awesome site that seems to be really helpful so far so time to just dive in to start networking and learning!

I know lots of people recommend this, but I have yet to find anyone with real world examples of how this could protect you.

These condos are over 40 years old.

I realize this question is a little old, but I’m interested in how the deal turned out.  

I'd like to remove all of the old vinyl and worn carpet and put down an engineered wood flooring throughout (except kitchen and bath). 

The old ones are grandfathered in, but I don’t think they are allowing any new or used to be moved into the city limits of San Angelo.
