There are also hundreds of hours of optional courses available for passive investors to further their education.Next, your father should network with other passive investors and leads so he can decide who are the people he would want to invest with.

Most land flippers know how to evaluate the option for seller financing, but are you asking because you like the strategy or because you don't have money to buy land? 

Your best option may be to push the board to get a reserve study done.

So basically, you just go on the app and select an option for permant/time-bound key.
