Will the insatiable demand for this slow down ?   

I have made a Bridge Loan to them on their Pueblo Springs Apartment project--they are passed due in paying off the loan and are not responsive with information to resolve that situation. 

We've been in Solar for the last 20 years and are just getting started in the rental market long term and maybe short term.

Am I understanding that if you do not add value to the property you cannot liquidate the money to reinvest, or does it just mean you could only liquidate less than you put in unless you wait for the mortgage to be paid off?

As you can see, Gastonia is consistently making the TOP ROI list, as well as Kannapolis!

For example, sliding closet came off the tracks or drywall repairs. 

We are concerned that the new interest rate will create negative cashflow on the rental.

When updating, it probably costs MORE and will take LONGER than you think.- I was able to refinance, pull out $ to completely pay off the gentleman that loaned me part of the down payment, AND have $20k left over for renovations.
