Every house will be getting like a ton of letters from numerous investors and no one will be getting any deals.Anyone have a different perspective?

Just had lunch with a very successful local investor who has well over 100 rental homes, and numerous flips under way, and the holding LLC is named after himself!

It wasn't a "juvenile personal attack," but rather a statement made based on years of experience working with numerous clients who used inexpensive tax softwares in the past.

I'd look at it as an equivalent to asking for them to provide you with family photo albums or email account access.

You could chase numerous wires at a time with help.Now I had a guy who was not licensed put in a HVAC system. 

Not to mention that he has numerous tutorials on his website.

And there are numerous revitalization plans across the city, some are widely publicized, others just take noting when they begin replacing the sidewalks or lampposts in an area.  

Christan or non religious alike you can not be a bad steward of your money.I won't bore you with the numerous times I have counted on renters or buyers and even sellers to treat me with the same respect they demand but because I'm a cold hearted investor some how it's OK to lie renegociate disregard contracts not keep time lines you name it I have delt with it.  

The property is just outside the boundaries of Old Metairie (regardless of which of the numerous maps/designations you go by), just a couple of blocks northwest of the Causeway Blvd.

I work on Wall St and can you tell you that there are numerous bear-players who are waiting for the drop, but you'll also miss out on a lot of opportunities.
