Looking at starting non-profit, but want to leverage technology.Would like to have meetings virtually with the stakeholders that are out of town, what is good and affordable?

I know it's not in buyer's immediate interest if we have to make a non-contingent offer, but it's for their ultimate best interest because otherwise buyers will never "win" a property which may become 15% more expensive in the next 12 months.

Would easily agree every lender can be different, but underwriting is more strict on commercial loans and my loan was non-recourse personally and w/o personal credit requirements - - which I question the apples :)

Have you tried non traded REIT investing?

In fact, I will have to add some more of my thoughts to this post later because I recently closed on my first non-primary residence REI property and have some renovation work to do.
