The nice part about this building is that each unit is separately metered for water and sewer so this cost in directly our tenants.

My first one i was in a basement type setting i thought i was going to be in a fancy hotel before i got there the guy i was in contact with misguided me the directions so i was already off to a bad start, then i told him what i wanted to get into and i said wholesaling and flipping but this event all they spoke about was a lot of the legal stuff and how to get loans and use other peoples money no money no credit never explained much else, so i didn't really find anything out of that.

@Michael Wisotzkey - you may want to reach out to the guys at KeySource as they manage a lot of AirBnB rentals and are very in the know when it comes to those things. 

My question is how do you guys handle maintenance issues if you can't make it out to the property?

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.
