I’m not so sure the benefits are as big as they are in the US given that as a trust director you’re still liable and the negative side is that trusts pay additional tax on land.This info is based only on a conversation i had this week so plase do not take as fact any of what i’m saying.

As of last year i was up to 7 rentals, but after some advice from others i sold off the 2 that were still negative cash flow purchased prior to the last housing crash when they finally broke even in value to wash my hands of them.

His neighbor with also 10 acres of ONLY land sold for 60K a few months ago...However, the seller has a judgement (close to 200K) that's gonna go in effect on the 18th.

Hello yes how bad does applying for mortgages effect credit score because apparently i have applied for a loan on a house 6 months ago..and it fell trough and then my realtor wants me to apply with a diffrent lender since the conventional loan fell trough..
