I’m in the N GA mountains, but the quieter eastern side near N/S Carolina.We Acquired in late November 22.December was 22 days, January 18, feb at 17 currently.

Another thing I am considering is as the town expands N,S,E,W over the next few years potentially more things could move closer to the cabin - BB is only continuing to grow. 

Very jealous of course I also benefitted from the equity growth from 2020 to present but I love that you got even more juice out of the lemon by house hacking and air b n bing the basement.

If a guests sends an inquiry which also includes a specific question like "where can a rent a pack-n-play" and they receive an automated response that does not address their actual question or give them the "feel" of live human communication, they will go elsewhere.
