I wanted to reach out an here your thoughts on my situation.I have recently been presented with an amazing opportunity and am weighing my choices.  

Whatever direction you choose and whatever program you go into, make one choice now.

Change ur steps accordingly7: dare to dream it and stay focused When ur pals are out wasting time and money u do the opposite, when u have ur rentals they r still partying u will feel sorry for them but glad u made the choices u did!

@Lee Kowal I could see your point if Cozy charged renters for all forms of payment but paying your rent with a credit card is your choice, not the landlords.

They threw that crap at me at the last second when I had no choice but to sign.

I have decided to go back to school to get an MBA in Finance, to learn more about finances in general and supplement my career choice, but I ultimately just want to build wealth and financial freedom.

Being patient will help you make better choices and be able to see the bigger picture.  

He said from his understanding you need to have a walk thru with 2-3 contractors done and pick the estimated rehab cost of your choice.

I believe that will fuel my choices, actions, relationships, and motivation.

Im still debating on that but my first choice is flipping but im also inexperienced and cant wait to learn everything about it. i finished the beginners guide and i am looking for an ally/ friend to make this beneficial as well as informative.
