I figure Open Door just chose massive bundles of properties and set up a bunch of automated processes for buying, but I don't know. 

On the plus side, buying in bulk could lower everyone's premiums and simplify the process since no one has to hunt for their own policy.

Tree clearing, grubbing, moving dirt for cut/fill operations, storm water, power, gas, water, fire access etc. not a small task but doable.  

- Will your net worth growth from tax advantages, annual property appreciation, debt paydown, etc. be worth the upfront investment (i.e. down payment, closing costs, moving costs, renovation expenses, etc.)?

Sadly, my neighbor said the non-paying tenants are purposely breaking things in the house to cause violations and prolong the eviction process

Hello,I am in the process of closing on my first property, a triplex I plan on owner occupying for 1 year.
