Deal acquisition is an art, so dig in and make sure the deal is good and make sure the numbers at up to what you think is good!

Have been reading up on this a bit and it seems if I get it into a roth ira it can be used for downpayment funds eventually with lower taxes removed?

As I prepare the unit for the next tenant, I'm finding the gas stove cooktop and the inner oven glass particularly challenging to clean.

I do have a realtor in the area as well as a general contractor I use for most of the repair work.

I have 3 highly successful STVR homes (Austin TX, Tybee Island GA, Lake Lure NC) and have built my own homes a few times including most recently GC'd my residence in Rome GA.

If you want to lend long term debt, you don’t want to compete and be the cheapest on the block (that’s a race to the bottom), you want to lend on stuff that nobody else (or a select few) will lend on and charge a premium for it.
