Potentially the best solution is to scrap the structure from the land and start fresh with something that makes more sense on the lot.Even if this is not the cheapest solution it does help to put some bounds on what the market will pay for the present property.

Most low-income (section 8) renters don't give a damn about their credit.Unfortunately, I don't have an all encompassing solution to help rid them of this burden, but I have a couple of suggestions:1) List a property at a reasonable price.

He basically said without taking a backhoe to the under the footing of the house in that area, it could be a "simple" 5k solution, or as expensive as 20+...so unless the seller can come down 15 or so (unlikely) I'm onto the next one.
