If they are a crime victim they should also go to their local police department's financial crimes unit, contact financial crimes where the fraud is based and call or go into their local FBI office and ask to speak to the duty agent.

Yeah we are looking at other local areas as well.

Sometimes it’s good to the shop local mom and Pop and or brick and mortar banks. 

We did find one local bank and they would loan on used mobile homes in very good condition in parks or on land, even if they have been moved in the past.

You may need to call a bank or two, perhaps smaller ones, more local.
