I've owned RE rentals but sold them all in 2016/2017. 

It would let me finish that 12+ months sooner.relist option: it makes about 6% CoC but I am leaving a lot equity that I feel I should tap into.

But it’s definitely something to keep in mind for future reference.

I didn't phase that correctly and should have put an emphasis on "Traditional Sale".I am willing to sell but want to do it "creatively" - if you will - to generate funds and positive cash flow from the note I would hold against the property.

Also, considering that new propositions may pass that would limit/restrict future increases.Look forward to hearing from landlords, investors, previous/current renters and anyone else to help me determine what to do.
