I am a federal employee as my day job and intend to stay in real estate investing (BRRRR, and rental properties) as a way to cash flow.I plan on purchasing my first BRRRR this year as part of my initial learning experience.I became interested in real estate due to a close friend of mine who is a realtor, broker and lender.

I'm hoping to connect with other California investors in the same boat and learn from people who successfully manage properties out of state.

My screening criteria are out of date, and the laws have changed quite a bit since I last used them, but I'm also curious to learn what others include.

Hey Michael, I would suggest you start learning about the main tax-advantaged strategies in real estate.

I use Ownerrez and it’s very affordable but has a learning curve and setup takes some time. 

I am a 21 year old investor based out of Brooklyn, NY w/ two investments properties (payed off mortgage) that I manage and I have been pushing forward and researching and reading and learning as much as I I can about real estate.

They're about 1.80 a piece of mail, but they're handwritten and sent on greeting card style stationary.
