Does anyone have any tips for getting leads?

Been dealing with this in Metro Detroit for over 20 years.City of Detroit also requires a lead-based paint inspection!

The interest is kind of meaningless on such a short note.

I have no doubt that Toledo can cash flow in the short term but it's long term growth and appreciation that is important. 

I am happy to help anyone who needs to buy or sell, as I have worked with several investors in my short officially-a-real-estate-agent career.

BUT if you do it are you looking for a short term HML?

My wife and I own 14 short term rentals in Carolina Beach, NC, and we also co-own a property management company that manages another 54 listings.  

I think he was talking about short term cap gains tax (10-37% depending on the filer’s income and filing status)? 

The niche areas I'm looking at in Northeast, Ohio are multifamily long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and vacation rentals.

Changing the title DIY may have messed with the title that you paid for and Underwriter may deny your loan based on the fact that they cannot piggyback on the short title (this is how HELOC's are cheap).
