We had to get all new windows, we added solar, added two egress windows, added another bedroom, updated the concrete in the front of the home and in the back of the home, and have plans to fix all of the landscaping as well.

It absolutely made sense to paint my own walls, install my own blinds, complete handyman work and basic plumbing, do the landscaping, do my own taxes, and self-manage my properties.

I'm fairly handy- I've done everything from laying flooring and carpeting, tiling, grouting, hanging kitchen cabinets, hanging and finishing drywall, roofs, fences, landscaping, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, etc.
